| INDIANAPOLIS PARTY RAIDED |
On Saturday September 11th Circle City Socials held their annual Glow Party, the party was held on the Northwest side of Indianapolis
There isn't much info out there and that is one reason it has taken me so long to get something written as I will not write anything without proof in my hand.
I am simply going to pass on to you what I have seen posted and what I know to be factual in this matter. I welcome a response from the Circle City Socials Club. I doubt that one will come.
A statement was made on a swingers site that read in part, "yes the glow party was raided" "yes we had to shut it down"those statements were made by the people at CCS the hosts for the party have made a couple of statements as well which included this "No, XXXX nor I went to jail. There was nothing criminal done by us to warrant any arrest" I have been accused by someone who by the way doesn't even live in Central Indiana of spreading lies ok their statement said nothing illegal happened then can anyone explain the police report.
another statement from someone actually attending the party said this "With all that's happening with the Indy cops lately I'd say they need to worry more about themselves and cleaning up there image than worry what some people are doing at a private party in their own home."
I find it hard to understand what really happened with this after reading some of these statements, if nothing illegal was going on why did the police shut down the party and if they didn't have cause the why was the party closed. I also wonder if any summons or citations were issued, these are the questions I would ask.
One person stated that they "hope they aren't going to start messing with the meet n greets" the CCS representative replied that "the meet n greets are safe!! They are strictly a dance/mixer and there is no sex allowed on premise ( unlike the glow party )"
Well I would have to agree with that statement as well but we all know that at a meet n greet people can and do sometimes have a little to much to drink and get feeling a little frisky, nothing wrong with that but rest assured should someone expose themselves or a body part that they shouldn't and someone witnesses it then yes laws would be broken. We all know how law enforcement operates they fish where the fish are and if they know of a good fishing hole that's where you will find them, lurking in the background and waiting on anything to act on.
I have an opinion on meet n greets they are great but it is very hard to control all those attending and since they are usually held in an open public bar or other public place they are VERY EASY TO INFILTRATE and now that this club is on their radar I would suggest being very careful in what you host or attend, you can bet the farm that local law enforcement in Indianapolis will be attending as many of these functions as they can gain access to.
I would advise using caution at this point in time and choose your party locations wisely.

| PRIVATE vs PUBLIC CAN ATTEND |
What makes a club private and what is considered when making that determination.
I say a club is private if you must have a true membership to attend and I'm not talking about one day or special memberships and that goes for memberships included in your door fee.
A true private club NOT ADVERTISE or put their address on the web for all to see. I know that sounds crazy but when you put your address out there to me you are asking for the general public to come knocking on your door.
Think about it for a minute you are operating a PRIVATE CLUB you want to be discreet so you post your address all over the web and let anyone know the location of your club and the party hours, sounds like someone fishing for party people to me.
I have made a nice little list so in the coming months I'll be writing about those who seem to want to be very easy to find.
I know some are asking why am I'm wanting to do this and the answer is simple there are some business owners who put the lifestyle in a negative light and they don't understand they bring in many lurkers and others looking to expose the lifestyle when put to much out on the web, they will be the first ones to holler and cry foul when they start getting print on sites with pictures to verify stories.
